Neither the car charger or home charger appear to work. I have left the phone plugged in overnight, and only had 50% charge in the AM. The car charger did not charge at all. The case did not fit the phone. Hopefully the USB cable will work ok.

I was not too surprised that this was not leather, since it was about $12. I contacted the seller who defended it saying they say it’s leather when it’s leather. Well, the ad says leather and it is not leather. Still, it’s a good case and a good deal with all that is included. I bought two of them and am happy.

Technically, the case fits the EVO, but only after a lot of manipulation. Once in the case, it takes a village to remove it. So you couldn’t be in a hurry to answer that call! The case is “leatherette” (fake leather) by the way. The ad seems to switch description between genuine leather and leatherette. The one access cutout in the case doesn’t match anything in particular on the EVO. I got three separate charger items as advertised. The wall and USB chargers appear to work OK. I’m a little reluctant to try the car charger, since the output is 5.7 volts, and every other USB output I have seen is 5.0 volts. This is probably not a problem.

My Evo fits in the case just fine, might even get a slim silicon or hard plastic case to fit in the leather case also. The case works great, easy to get phone in and out, good coverage of the phone and you can still use your headphones while it is in the case. the magnets close very smoothly and stay closed. Can’t swivel the belt clip but not an issue with me. I have only used the car charger as of now and it works fine. Also comes with a usb cable and wall charger, both seems fine also.

This is another case of a retailer rushing to get a product to the market without taking the time to make sure it actually works. The case for the phone DOES NOT fit the EVO. This is for a much smaller phone. The wall charger and very short usb cable do seem to work. Haven’t tried the car charger yet, but really did not need that item. Very disappointed that the seller did not at least try to the case with an EVO before offering it for sale as such.
