   I purchased the wrong headset for my cellphone – I emailed the supplier and asked for their assistance. I received a generic reply which was of no help and was told I only had 10 days to send the item to them No Refund would be given – a store credit.

   I tried to fix the minor issue of this inexpensive item with the seller. They made me feel horrible and were rude about the incident. I bought THREE items for the exact phone as a THREE piece deal. I now understand Amazon has many different vendors and they all send the items from their individual locations. However the most important item was the headset for my girls phone. The other two items where simply bonus items that DID come on time and correct. The headset came last and was NOT correct. All of my items for the THREE piece advertised deal where for the LG Xenon GR500 phone.

   The first item was the 3 Pack of Premium Reusable LCD Screen Protector for LG Xenon GR500 (Purchased on 11/10/2009)

   The third and most importand item was the head-set. The other above listed items came with this item as bonus items for buying he head-set. The main item was the LG Stereo hands free headset, Ear-bud Style head-set, Black, with Send/ End button (Purchased on 11/10/2009)

THEY SENT THE WRONG ONE AND THEN DISRESPECTED USE AND TOLD US IT WAS A USER ERROR INSTEAD OF TRYING TO COME TO A MUTUAL AGREEMENT TO EARN AND RETAIN OUR BUSINESS. “WHY WOULD I ORDER ALL MY ITEMS FOR THE LG XENON GR500 EXCEPT FOR THE HEADSET, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE OTHER ITEMS WHERE SIMPLY BONUS ITEMS FOR THAT EXACT PHONE?”

   IT’S NOT A BIG DEAL, I’M GLAD I GOT THIS OUT OF THE WAY EARLY BEFORE I MADE A MAJOR PURCHASE WITH AMAZON. I’VE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY OVER SUCH A SMALL ITEM IN MY LIFE. (AND WHAT EVER HAPPEND TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, ESPECIALLY OVER SOME CHUMP CHANGE ITEM) I’VE ALREADY WENT OUT AND BOUGHT HER THE NICEST BLUETOOTH I COULD FIND AND SHE’S MUCH HAPPIER NOW. BAD THING IS AMAZON WILL GET NO MONEY FROM ME OR ANYONE I KNOW FROM THIS POINT FORWARD BY THE WAY THE VENDOR TREATED US WHEN ALL WE WANTED WAS TO GET THE CORRECT HEADSET FOR THE PHONE!!!!!

   LATELY ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE DONE TONS OF SHOPPING FOR THE HOLIDAYS. WE EVEN HAVE DEC AND JAN BIRTHDAYS!!! I’VE BOUGHT GREAT ITEMS BOTH ONLINE AND AT LOCATIONS. I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP HERE OR SUGGEST IT BY THE WAY I WAS TREATED.

   I SURE AM GLAD I DIDN’T GO AHEAD AND BUY SOME LCD T.V.s AND LAPTOPS AND OTHER STUFF FROM HERE. NO TELLING WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED!!!!

   This is a great headset. The first order was lost in the mail but I contacted the seller and they sent another one to me asap. Great product and great customer service.

   I bought this for LG ARENA GT950.
   
   first order, not right product and returned it.
   
   got my second order, wrong one again.

   I told them I got 3.5mm plug headset(returned item) and it’s not compatible with my cell phone (mine looks more like picture but little different shape) and they said

   ‘Our system shows what certain items are compatible with and that is what we
   
   sent you.’

   oh well… they need to update their system because THEY ARE WRONG!

   I m not gonna return it AGAIN, cuz it will cost as much as new headset.
