Ok, so here’s my story. Bought this item 2 months ago, when I got it, the screen cover was NOT what was shown in the picture (rectangular instead of round). Since it was only a few bucks I didn’t even bother to try to get a refund. Instead, I gave a bad review citing that the actual product is not what was shown in the picture. A week later I got an email from the seller informed me that they had issue a refund to my account. They didn’t even ask for the screen covers back. Now that’s what I call “customer service”.

These phone protectors are just as good as the expensive ones you could buy locally. Unfortunately I had problems with my Palm phone and no longer use it….but the protectors are great!
