I ordered this for my daughter and the PC (a Dell) didn’t recognize it. Had to send it back. STILL haven’t gotten the refund.

Gets the job done but not the best investment. I got lucky and got one that does charge my phone as well as do data, however the program that it comes with does not work and so you gotta figure it out on your own. It also has this problem where it doesn’t connect to the computer right and it keep going from sync mode and back on and off so u have to do whatever you wanna do really quick before it closes. Total garbage.

The cable makes it easier to place audio on the Xenon. Also it saves you money in the long-run, by not having to buy the audio or images from the phone company.

The first cord we got did not function well. But the seller was very quick to provide a replacement.

When I ordered this it showed a picture of the cd needed to download pictures. However in fine print way down below all the information at the bottom of the page it then told me I need to find the software on my own. I would never order anything from this place again and would discourage anyone else from doing so. I needed this to download my pictures ASAP and now can not do that.
